Job Summary
Pay/hourly rate: £11.91 in-training, £13.11 after training, rising to £16 after 12 months of service
Location: Sharston, Manchester
Hours: Full time and part time permanent roles available, no experience required
Responsibilities
- As a Bus Driver you will be ensuring your mighty bus is kept in a clean and roadworthy condition
- Driving in a safe manner in accordance with current road and traffic legislation whilst executing challenging manoeuvres
- Delivering an exceptional level of customer service with a can-do attitude and positive approach
- Always maintaining highest levels of professionalism whilst ensuring smooth and safe transportation for our diverse range of passengers
- Collaborating with the wider dream team and support functions to exceed performance targets

Essential Criteria
- For this position, we require all candidates to have held a full valid, and clean UK driving licence for a minimum of 6 months.
- A positive and professional approach with excellent communication skills to engage and assist our passengers from all walks of life.
- We need you to be prepared to work varying shifts including early starts, late finishes and occasional weekends.
